- To execute the job periodically, first I thought about combining cloud function and cloud scheduler. However, most example are consisted of cloud function + pub/sub + cloud scheduler. Take a little moment and I realized why. Then I found official answer and it turns out my assumption is correct.
- Official document says that they recommend to pub/sub instead of HTTP because cloud function's http does not have authentication and they are not safe.
